Using your secure portal you will be able to access your medical history and lab reports, book an appointment, complete your pre-visit questionnaires, request a prescription refill, and message your provider.

If you don't know your child's username or password, you can access the portal using any phone number we have on file for your child.

To complete pre-visit and CHADIS questionnaires before a well visit, please access the portal using any web browser (Google Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer/Edge, and Firefox) and not the Healow app. This can be done using any desktop or mobile device.
